Role and Responsibilities: Manage Brut India’s social media presence across platforms, creating and publishing engaging content. Ensure clear, compelling copy for videos and posts, driving engagement. Respond to comments and customer inquiries promptly, maintaining a positive online presence. Monitor online feedback, reviews, and trends to inform content strategy and brand perception. Engage with Brut India’s communities to foster growth and connection. Plan and execute events to boost brand visibility and community awareness. Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Build relationships with influencers to expand reach. Stay updated on digital trends and integrate them into strategies. Candidate Profile: 5-7 years of experience as a Community Manager with expertise in social media engagement. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively. Deep understanding of internet culture and trends, with strong news judgment. Skilled at spotting errors, fact-checking, and ensuring content accuracy. Proven ability to engage and grow online audiences through creative content. Proficient in analytics, social media reporting, and deriving actionable insights. Passionate about visual storytelling and optimizing content for various platforms. Fluent in social media best practices with hands-on brand management experience. Strong communication skills and experience in an international newsroom is a plus. Ability to interpret traffic and engagement metrics to drive content strategy.
