Description Job Title: Community Manager Our company is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property management. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in property management or a related field, generally 2-5 years. However, experience level may vary due to the special needs of the property. Education: - A college degree is suggested but not required. - The position does require the ability to read and write English fluently. - The ability to perform advanced business mathematical functions is also required. Must have COS or enroll in certification course within 30 days of date of hire. Must enroll in the following certification courses within 90 days of hire: HCCP SCHM TaCCs Skills: - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, vendors, and staff. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the property management. - Manage leasing and marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy rates. - Ensure resident satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate records and reports. - Manage budgets and financial statements. - Hire, train, and supervise staff.
