We’re on the hunt for a Community Manager, the face, heart, and soul of DB55, who will create unforgettable experiences and ensure the smooth running of daily operations, events, and more. Your Role as Our Community Manager As our Community Manager, every day will be an adventure! From ensuring seamless operations to being deeply involved in our vibrant events, your mission is to make DB55 the most welcoming, inspiring place in town. Here’s what your exciting role will look like: Community Management You’ll bring warmth, professionalism, and a can-do attitude to tasks like: Welcoming guests and clients with a smile. Managing inventories and keeping our office spotless and inviting. Acting as the first point of contact for services like cleaning agencies and package deliveries. Handling office logistics for the D/DOCK Crew: organizing team travel, managing Greenwheels/NS cards, booking hotels, answering the phone in fluent Dutch and English and more. Keeping the vibe alive by organizing groceries and creating special moments for birthdays, anniversaries, or team milestones, usually focused on the D/DOCK team, with the occasional celebration shared with our DB55 neighbours for special occasions. Venue & Event Support In partnership with our Venue Manager, you’ll help orchestrate an array of exciting happenings: Coordinating our F&B team to serve daily, freshly cooked lunches from our kitchen. Preparing for and hosting epic Friday drinks, team gatherings, and client events. Occasionally supporting external events, making every occasion seamless and unforgettable. The role requires some flexibility, occasionally working during weekends or evenings may be needed, always in mutal agreement.
