Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are the biggest, most engaged outdoor community in DACH. We have thousands of Pioneers, people who contribute to our maps and make them even better for others users; there are people organising meetups and group hikes with other like-minded komoot users; there are even more supporting each other remotely with likes, comments, and encouragement on each other’s activities on komoot.
We need an outstanding community manager who’s passionate about working closely with these amazing people to make our community known for being the most rewarding outdoor community to contribute to and be part of.
Crucial to this role is recognizing and rewarding our community on komoot, engaging 1-1 with our most engaged members, educating users on how they can be a part of it through webinars, and organizing meetups that form friendships and memories. You’ll work in an experienced team alongside Anne, Grace, Jonathan, and the rest of the Community Team.
You’ll take responsibility for growing our community of contributors in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. If you’re an active part of the outdoor community and love interacting with people online and in-person, this might be the job you’re looking for.
