About the Role As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Community Manager to join our Marketing team and take ownership of the animation and development of our European influencer community. This role goes beyond day-to-day social media management. You will help design a highly engaged community experience, drive engagement through creative and educational content, and measure the business impact of community-driven actions. You will also work hand in hand with a local community manager. Key Responsibilities Community Management Strategy Animate and grow the Skeepers Influencer Community via our Brand Community platform, social channels and paid initiatives.. Continue elevating creator quality via different touchpoint (content, interactions, feedbacks, campaigns, events). Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers to increase activation, engagement, loyalty, and advocacy. Content & Creative Activation Design and deploy creative, relevant content tailored to our influencer audience (social posts, newsletters, in-app communications). Develop educational and inspirational content to help creators improve content quality and alignment with brand expectations. Conceptualize local markets' editorial calendar and continuously test new formats and ideas. Community Events Organize and manage online or offline community events, masterclass to educate, engage, and retain creators. Organise tailored match-making event between brand and creators to enhance brand campaign satisfaction and performance. Brand Campaign Promotion & Cross-Team Collaboration Promote brand campaigns within the community to maximize participation and performance. Work closely with Campaign Managers and Customer Success teams to align community initiatives with campaign objectives and be able to mesure & report the impact of initiatives Understand creators experience funnels from product perspective, identify their frictions and feedbacks to bring to internal team Care, product for solution and optimizati Work hand in hand with local Community Management apprentice. Help structure workflows, share best practices, and ensure content consistency across markets. Analytics & Performance Monitoring Track and analyse key community KPIs (acquisition, engagement, retention) and channel KPIs (social, CRM, event) Measure and share the impact of community actions and initiatives. Translate data results into actionable insights and recommendations to improve future actions. Who You Are You are a creative and problem solving Community Manager who enjoys building engaged communities and delivering tangible results. You are comfortable balancing creativity with performance tracking and are ready to take responsibility that bring the true value to company business Must-Haves A first experience in community management, social media, influencer marketing, or an apprenticeship in a similar role. Solid knowledge of social platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok) and community management best practices. Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences. Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, interpret KPIs, and assess impact Native-level French and fluent English (German is a strong plus). Bonus Experience with CRM emailing, marketing automation or paid social. Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, video editing tools). First experience in mentoring, coordinating, or supporting junior profiles. Curious, proactive, and eager to test new ideas and formats.
