Pearl Abyss the company behind the highly acclaimed MMORPG Black Desert Online (BDO) - is seeking a high-performing, innovative, results-oriented French speaking Community Manager for its European Publishing Office to accelerate growth and reach millions of players across all platforms (PC, Mobile, Console, etc.).
As a French Community Manager you will develop social media campaigns, and roll-out projects that support our company’s brand and align with marketing strategies. You will leverage deep game experience to strategically develop communities and nurture player engagement.
Upholding best practices and company standards, you will proactively interact with players both in-game and on social media platforms and provide our communities with engaging text, image and video content. On these platforms you will respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner. Our Community Managers are highly visible ambassadors of our brand that know how to deepen overall player engagement, establishing fans not just of our game, but of our brand in general.
You will join a lean but dedicated team working across multiple communities, platforms, and games such as Black Desert, Shadow Arena, and upcoming releases such as Crimson Desert, DokeV and PLAN 8.
