REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience managing online communities across social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with content scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Excellent Spanish writing skills, with strong grammar and the ability to adapt tone by platform.
  • Advanced English (required) to manage and review bilingual content.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented personality with strong communication skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about building engaged online communities, identifying trends, and shaping a brand’s voice across social media platforms?
At GBS Group, we’re looking for a Community Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our social media channels for both GBS Group and LLC Hub, managing and nurturing our communities across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. You’ll ensure our brand voice remains consistent, professional, and engaging across platforms.
You’ll also collaborate on content calendar planning, assist in writing scripts and captions for video and social posts, and support trend research and performance analysis to continuously improve our strategy and community engagement efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions across social platforms.
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
  • Keep digital assets and folders organized and up-to-date (housekeeping).
  • Collaborate on the planning and execution of content calendars.
  • Help draft scripts and captions for social media videos and posts.
  • Create monthly performance and engagement reports.
  • Research relevant trends, conversations, and opportunities within our industry.
  • Share actionable insights to support data-driven marketing decisions.
