Homeside Properties is seeking a Portfolio Community Manager to oversee multiple communities, ensuring operational excellence, financial health, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with proven experience in developer/declarant transitions to guide communities through their lifecycle.   RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage operations for multiple communities, ensuring compliance with governing documents and state statutes. * Oversee vendors, contracts, maintenance, repairs, and capital projects. * Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financials, approve invoices, and ensure timely collections. * Serve as liaison between boards, homeowners, and the management company; facilitate meetings and provide governance guidance. * Lead developer/declarant transitions, interpret governing documents, collaborate on punch lists and reserve studies, and manage post-turnover changes. * Ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation, and maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory requirements. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred. * 3–5 years in community association management with developer/declarant transition experience. * Certifications such as CAM, CMCA, AMS, or PCAM preferred. * Strong knowledge of HOA/COA operations, governing documents, and state regulations. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
