We are currently looking for a Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating sustainable and vibrant communities that offer exceptional living experiences to our residents. Key Responsibilities: Manage community operations, including financial oversight, maintenance, and resident satisfaction. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws. Monitor and evaluate service providers' performance to uphold company standards. Develop strategies to enhance property performance and growth. Collaborate with various teams to improve service delivery and customer experience. Lead sustainability and technology integration initiatives within the communities. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, vendors, and authorities. Regularly assess building operations to ensure efficiency and high standards. Prepare reports for senior management and clients, keeping them informed of community performance. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years experience in owners association management. Certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM). Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to owners' associations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial management and reporting. Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship initiatives. Technologically savvy with experience in property management software.
