In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of an apartment community. Who You Are: Provides exceptional experience for team members, residents, and guests of multi- family property. Leads, manages, directs, and develops community leasing and maintenance teams. Ensures property maintenance meets company quality standards at all times and ensures the community operates within an approved budget. Partner with cross-functional teams in marketing, legal, human resources, finance to ensure effective and compliant operations at the community. Ensures the team completes work in accordance with all required compliance standards and applicable regulations. Manages and participates in general leasing and renewal activities and oversees rent collection. What You’ll Bring: High school degree or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience managing operations and directly supervising staff in a hospitality, retail, customer service and/or property management environment. Strong leadership aptitude required. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic environment necessary. Outstanding customer service skills required. Strong communication and conflict management resolution skills are necessary. Ability to manage operations within an approved annual budget and strong financial analysis skills needed.
