We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Community Manager to oversee operations at one of our multifamily communities, The Brentwood in Nashville, TN, driving results through hands-on leadership, collections strength, and a focus on resident relations. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring both resident satisfaction and financial success. Manage leasing, renewals, and collections with a focus on reducing delinquency. Lead, mentor, and develop your onsite team to deliver excellent service. Partner with leadership on value-add initiatives including renovations, marketing, and resident retention programs. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting. A proactive, results-driven mindset. A positive, team-oriented approach. Familiarity with property management software (Yardi). Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish)
