Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and community engagement of our retail properties. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless facilities management, foster strong tenant relationships, and enhance the customer experience within the retail environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in community management, property management, or facilities management, with a strong focus on retail properties.
  • CAM (Certified Association Manager) or CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) is a must
  • Proven experience in engaging with retail tenants and enhancing customer satisfaction.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between tenants and the management team.
  • Organize and manage community-building events, marketing promotions, and tenant engagement activities to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of retail spaces, ensuring facilities are in top-notch condition.
  • Coordinate with facilities teams to manage repairs, renovations, and day-to-day maintenance activities.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and building regulations across the property.
  • Collaborate with tenants to enhance the retail experience, ensuring spaces align with brand standards and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, working with marketing teams to implement strategies that improve the shopping experience.
  • Stay updated on retail trends and recommend initiatives to improve tenant sales and customer engagement.
