LEASING & RESIDENT EXPERIENCE

• Be the first point of contact for future residents—give tours, answer questions, and create lasting first impressions.
• Manage the full leasing process—from application to move-in
• Respond quickly to resident concerns and ensure service follow-up
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and track satisfaction surveys
• Build and maintain resident connections through digital platforms and on-site interactions

COMPENSATION: 75,000 - 85,000 / YEAR BASED ON EXPERIENCE

• plus quarterly performance based bonuses
