Your main priorities are: Managing all on site operations including leasing, marketing, maintenance and finances Leading by example, role modeling Scully Company’s core values and infusing your property with Scully Culture Creating and maintaining the annual property budget Developing your staff through training and mentoring Cultivating vendor relationships Inspecting the property regularly to make sure that the site is in tip top shape Requirements A Scully Can-Do Attitude Experience in the Multi-Family industry (at least three years) Management and leadership experience Top-notch communication skills for your work with staff, residents, vendors/contractors, partner Lead leasing tours as needed Stellar time management skills A love of technology and ability to adapt quickly to new software CAM or CPM certification a plus A college degree or equivalent experience The Scully Benefit: Above all else, Scully offers an incredible family business culture that continues to win awards year after year.
