We’re now on the lookout for a Community Manager to join us in Berlin in this mission and support our office. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming all incoming SoundClouders, visitors from other locations and any external guests or partners Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages Co-managing day-to-day Cafe operations. Organizing the day-cleaning staff and their tasks to achieve the best results in terms of productivity and cleanliness Supporting our employee experience manager with organizing office events Supporting our senior workplace manager with facility related troubleshooting Organizing meeting rooms and our other spaces on weekly basis to ensure they are orderly and tidy at all times Ordering and managing inventory of office supplies; keeping printer points stocked and organized Troubleshooting any security breaches or building issues and acting as a point of contact with the relevant contractors and suppliers Point of contact for suppliers, deliveries and if any issues arise Point of contact with handyman for emergencies/urgent office issues Experience and Background: Experience working at the front desk; reception Proven experience in order management, inventory management, organization of space Pro-active by nature; takes initiative Creative problem solving and organizational skills to tackle the needs of our employees Strong social and communication skills- always friendly to incoming guests; calm in difficult situations Knowledge of office Health & Safety guidelines Technical skills (google suite etc.) Huge heart for people and building an inspiring workplace Fluency in English This role requires you to be in the office from 8:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday About us: We are a multinational company with offices in the US (New York and Los Angeles), Germany (Berlin), and the UK (London) We provide a flexible work culture that offers the opportunity to collaborate and connect in person at our offices as well as accommodating work from home We are deeply committed to ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels of our organization and fostering a community where everyone’s voice, perspective and experience is respected and heard.
