The Community Manager at The Beverley plays a vital role in the efficient operation and management of the building. This multifaceted role blends property operations, administration, and resident support with the hospitality-driven mission of creating a thriving, connected community. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual who is passionate about property care, service excellence, and fostering a positive living environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or community engagement strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance operational responsibilities and event planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to connect with diverse tenant groups.
  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager (or similar property management software) an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and host community events that promote connection and belonging.
  • Knowledge of building systems, basic maintenance, and cleaning standards.
  • Familiarity with Landlord-Tenant Law and compliance obligations in BC.
  • A self-starter with high energy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to relocate to the Beverley as a Resident Live-In Community Manager is an asset.
The main objective of the Community Manager is not only to maintain and manage the property but also to create an environment where residents feel at home, connected, and proud to be part of the Beverley community. You will combine operational excellence with hospitality-driven leadership, ensuring both the building and the people who live in it thrive.
