This role will be responsible for engaging with audiences, moderating conversations, and ensuring a consistent and positive brand voice. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day community engagement across social media platforms Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-aligned manner Monitor conversations and proactively engage with the community Escalate sensitive issues and manage online reputation Support content publishing and ensure alignment with brand tone of voice Track and report on community insights, sentiment, and performance Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in community management or social media Strong communication skills in [English/Arabic as needed] Ability to handle high volumes of interaction and work in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends #LI-EMEA We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
