JOB OVERVIEW
We are have an exciting opportunity to offer a 12 month secondment into a Community Matron position to enhance the safety, experience and outcomes of people using our TIDES service.
This opportunity is to join a new and growing service, which aims to help young people at risk of developing psychosis, who are known as experiencing an “At-Risk Mental State”. The Therapeutic Interventions for Distressing unusual Experiences Service (TIDES) is part of the Norfolk and Waveney Early Intervention in Psychosis Service. We work therapeutically with young people and their families across the county to provide them with timely access to interventions to support them with their experiences.
This is a unique opportunity for somebody with a drive to embed high quality care to our cohort of service users, based on best practice and national guidance. The role will involve providing leadership as well as clinical support to the team whilst contributing to the implementation of strategic plans.
We are looking for a person who is kind and compassionate to others, and is proactive in helping people reach their potential whilst maintaining high quality care.
This is an exciting time for change within NSFT, this opportunity will benefit someone looking expand their already established nursing practice, knowledge and clinical leadership to embed and maintain effective systems for quality assurance and high standards clinical care
