This really is an exciting time to join the Psychosis team, we have recently reviewed the community directorate and have undergone a community remodel. The Psychosis Team includes 4 pathways: Assertive Outreach, Psychosis, Early Intervention in Psychosis, and At Risk Mental State. This role will primarily be within the psychosis pathway. We are seeking individuals who are highly motivated, who ideally have experience of working with individuals with a range of mental health problems, particularly with psychosis.

The Trust has a well-established appraisal and supervision structure and actively encourages continual professional development.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (some flexibility required) and excluding bank holidays.
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive Community Mental Health Nursing Service across a whole range of clients experiencing mental ill health within the psychosis pathway. The service will be delivered in collaboration with representatives from other agencies and therefore the ability to work independently and with partner agencies is essential.
It is essential that applicants can demonstrate post registration experience as an RMN, which may include inpatient and community settings.
Due to the large geographical area of North Lincs, it is essential that applicants are able to efficiently and effectively move around the area to deliver the interventions in a timely manner
