Description

The successful candidate will be supported by a comprehensive induction/orientation pack to enable a tailored transition into the Community setting ensuring you are equipped with the tools to enable you to undertake your role effectively. You will provide and coordinate antenatal and postnatal care for both traditional and CoC midwife led care models and consultant led women. Duties will include: * Maintain NMC registration and ensure that Revalidation is up to date. Practice in accordance with the NMC the Code and the Standards.

  • Ensure that other NMC documents and Trust guidelines are adhered to. Maintain and develop professional knowledge and competence in accordance with NMC recommendations *Plan and provide individualised care based on careful history taking, medical and social assessment as early in pregnancy as possible *To promote and maintain standards of professional practice in order to enhance quality of care for clients
