Role & Responsibilities: - Deliver a range of home care services: medication administration, wellness/vital checks, basic wound care, health education, and support for daily living. - Build rapport with clients and families, ensuring their care is respectful, culturally sensitive, and responsive to changing needs. - Use digital tools for secure documentation and communication. - Adhere to Namax Health’s safety, compliance, and privacy standards. - Participate in training, audits, and quality improvement processes. - Promptly report and document any incidents, client concerns, or medication errors. - Help maintain a positive, respectful, and professional care environment. Who We’re Looking For: - Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). - Standard First Aid and BLS + AED certification (current). - Experience in community, med-surg, or emergency settings is an asset, but new grads are welcome. - Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. - Comfortable with digital documentation and using mobile apps (training provided). - Compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care.
