Description

A full time permanent Band 5 community nurse post has become available with the Central east community nursing team. The team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, professional and good team worker with the ability to work autonomously.
The role will include a variety of nursing interventions in the patient’s home providing nursing and palliative care.
The successful candidate will need to have good time management skills and be able to organise their daily workload and be a good team player.
Applications are invited from motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individuals who are committed to providing high standards of nursing care to people within their own homes and the local community.
An induction programme will be devised to ensure you are equipped with all the necessary skills and confidence to work autonomously and/or part of a forward thinking dynamic team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
