We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Registered Nurse to join the wider Community Nursing Team which includes Community Matrons, District Nurses, Registered Nurses, Nursing Associates and Healthcare Assistants. You will work under the direction of a District Nurse to assess, implement and evaluate person centred care for a caseload of patients. You will undertake clinical skills including venepuncture, wound care, catheterisation and end of life including syringe drivers. Post holders will be available to work Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm.
