The RN per general visit range is $ 27.00 to $39.87 and the RN hourly range is $31.15 to $46.00. Placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience. For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) - This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria. The RPN per general visit range is $ 22.97 to $28.62 and the RPN hourly range is $26.38 to $32.40. Placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience. What The Role Involves Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
