Our Home Health Registered Nurses are key members of an integrated, multi-disciplinary team, responsible for delivering evidence-based, person-centred nursing care to support customers in their own homes. This hybrid role will support you to work at your full scope of practice, providing quality care across a variety of work settings and caseloads.
To provide flexibility to suit your lifestyle and career goals, we are currently offering both full-time and part-time positions across 7 Days, within our Wollongong team who support the Hospital In The Home program.

The role will encompass completing in-home clinical assessments and provision of treatment in the management of acute and chronic conditions, such as:

• Managing medication including IV antibiotics via PICCs
• Complex wound care, including NPWT
• Surgical drain tube management
• Urinary catheter insertion and management
