Your Mobile Physio is a Sydney based provider of allied health services to the community across Western and South Western Sydney. Our aim is to deliver high quality allied health services by truly listening and understanding our clients’ needs and going beyond to help them achieve their goals.

Due to a significant growth within NDIS and Aged Care we are looking for a Mobile Community Occupational Therapist, to take on a growing list of community clients primarily for locations of South Western/Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments to identify clients’ needs and goals
• Developing treatment plans to enhance clients’ independence and quality of life
• Providing interventions/therapy sessions to support clients in achieving their goals
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records
• Completing reports for NDIS reviews, FCA reports, AT reports
