We are looking for a new leader for our Rt. 7 or Brandon office who: has previous experience as a supervisor (banking experience is not necessary) will model and uphold our organization's high standards, expectations, and quality service values thinks yes before saying no - focuses on what we can do instead of what we can't understands and embraces continuous improvement is dedicated to the development of a highly skilled team that is committed to branch growth and success enjoys building customer relationships through community involvement In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to our customer service team, learning our daily branch operations, and assuring our branches have appropriate staffing/coverage. You will also have the support of a group of veteran managers while learning our processes and procedures.
