POSITION INFORMATION: BASIC DETAILS  Location: Doha, Qatar Travel Requirement: Yes Teleworking: No Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt Pay: Pay is based on numerous factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.   POSITION SUMMARY INFORMATION: DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS   Job Summary:  Maintain the peace, provide a safe environment, positive interactions with guests, and control of situations. Walking and mobile patrols, residence monitors, attending events, supporting processes. Social interaction with guests is also key to establishing respect and authority in the relationship between Officers and Guests. Officers are first responders; provide crowd control during incidents (e.g., fire, mass casualty events;). Conduct roving patrols with interpreters; mobile patrols; response teams; and are available to roll out appropriate numbers based on need to incidents.  Duties/Responsibilities:  * Maintain a safe, secure, and orderly environment for all guests, staff, and visitors within the facility.  * Provide professional and respectful interactions with guests while establishing authority through effective communication and presence.  * Conduct regular walking, roving, and mobile patrols to monitor activity, identify security concerns, and enforce site policies and procedures.  * Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and security breaches.  * Serve as a first responder during critical incidents, including fires, medical emergencies, mass casualty events, and other crisis situations.  * Support daily operational processes and maintain situational awareness throughout assigned areas of responsibility.  * Work alongside interpreters and multidisciplinary teams to ensure clear communication and effective incident response.  * Participate in response teams and deploy as needed based on operational demands and incident severity.  * Monitor guest behavior and de-escalate conflicts using sound judgment, professionalism, and conflict resolution techniques.  * Prepare accurate incident reports, activity logs, and documentation in accordance with company and contract requirements.  * Maintain readiness to respond to dynamic situations while exercising discretion, professionalism, and composure under pressure. Required Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience: * Be a U.S. citizen.   * Active clearance preferred.  * Be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.   * Be able to pass the medical and physical requirements outlined in the contract.   * Meet all standards as required by the contract.   * Have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.  * Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of military, safety, community development, security, law enforcement, or similar experience.  Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.   Physical Requirements: The physical demands listed below, though not fully inclusive, are that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The employee is frequently required to move about inside the facility to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
