The ideal candidate will: -Staff in the outpatient pharmacy and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams both inside and outside the hospital to fulfill hospital discharge orders while balancing the needs of our community patients that we serve -Staff rotating Medication Reconciliation Pharmacist shifts with our other outpatient pharmacy staff pharmacists -Be adaptable and ready to collaborate with your pharmacy team (inpatient and outpatient) and all area healthcare providers Hours for Retail Pharmacy: Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm Saturday 8am-4pm Closed Sundays  * Rotating Weekends. QUALIFICATIONS:  Education: * Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD Pharmacy degree. * Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Colorado or must obtain within 60 days of hire * Immunization Certified with active BLS card  Skills: * Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision * Able to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule. * Able to set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond quickly to emergency requests. * Able to meet the pharmaceutical needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, psychiatric, oncologic, obstetric, chemically dependent and rehabilitation patient.  Experience: * Community pharmacist experience preferred.
