Pay Minimum Pay Maximum Responsibilities The Community Outreach Associate/Clinical Liaison is responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing referral sources within the assigned region while working in a fully remote capacity. This position also supports patients seeking treatment by identifying and coordinating appropriate placement options. Additionally, the role serves as a liaison to clinical staff, facilitating effective communication and providing support in managing client care plans. Core Job Duties: Leverages virtual communication channels (email, phone, video conferencing) to build and maintain referral relationships in a remote environment. Actively participates in weekly virtual meetings. Maintain consistent availability for virtual huddles, collaboration sessions, and check-ins. Track performance metrics and outreach activity through remote dashboards to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly goals. Ability to create and strengthen care coordination by working with clinical staff to effectively manage client care plans and communicate with family members on patient status. Communicate regularly with referral sources. Conduct in-person facility tours as needed. Represent multiple facilities at conferences and events as requested. Thorough documentation regarding activity with referral sources in Salesforce. This position will require detailed access to PHI and communication with our providers involved in the treatment of the patient. Assist with organizing and planning events for referral sources. Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with senior management, physicians, clinicians, admissions and members of the business development team. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, sales, business or related field preferred A minimum of 1+ years of experience in business development/referral relations is preferred. Experience in the behavioral healthcare industry preferred. Good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standard Position Competencies Ability to establish long-term relationships with referral sources; represent the company in marketing-related activities. Proficiency in external communications Proficiency in sales and marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Capable of establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships. Ability to manage independent projects and task. Ability to travel locally and nationally. Ability to work productively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
