We're seeming a Community Relations Supervisor to champion our missing in the field - building referral network, driving private pay client growth, and being a familiar, trusted face in the community. What You'll Do: Build and grow lasting relationships with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, etc) Attend community events and represent Senior Solutions with passion and professionalism Drive business development initiatives to grow private pay client base and care hours Conduct in-home assessments and facilitate caregiver introductions Visit clients onsite to ensure high satisfaction and retention Track relationship-building efforts and results in our CRM system Collaborate closely with our care team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience Assist with recruiting and caregiver support needs when necessary Who We're Looking For: Someone who is warm, personable, and self-motivated A natural networker who's comfortable walking into new spaces and connecting with people Experience in marketing, business development, or healthcare outreach (senior care experience is a big plus!) Know Your Rights - Employer Postings Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent required 1 - 2+ years of business or sales/marketing experience preferred Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills Strong ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Valid driver’s license and car insurance with the willingness to travel within the assigned territory Proficiency with computer based software (such as email, CRM) Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations Ability to pass a background check and drug screen per company standards Ability to be available on-call as needed outside of standard business hours Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions Passionate and eager about making a positive impact in the community Possession of a smartphone with an active service plan and the ability to download required apps required
