Community Outreach Healthcare Technician (HCT) – Fixed Term (6 Months)   Location: Community-based role across Auckland Hours: Full-time (1 FTE)   Join Tāmaki Health – Supporting Community Health   Tāmaki Health is looking for a Community Outreach Healthcare Technician (HCT) to support vaccination and population health initiatives across Auckland.   In this role, you will work alongside the Community Outreach Registered Nurse to deliver vaccinations and health support directly in the community. This includes visiting patients in their homes, engaging with whānau about vaccinations, and supporting preventive health screenings.   This is a fixed-term role for 6 months, supporting important community outreach and vaccination programmes.   About Tāmaki Health   At Tāmaki Health, we are dedicated to delivering accessible, high-quality healthcare services to communities across New Zealand. Through our network of Local Doctors and White Cross clinics, we care for thousands of patients every day.   Our community outreach teams play a key role in removing barriers to healthcare, helping ensure more people can access vaccinations and preventive health services close to home.   About the Role   As a Community Outreach HCT, you will support the Community Outreach RN by assisting with vaccinations, patient observations, and community engagement activities. You will work directly with patients and families in the community, supporting health education and helping identify opportunities for preventive screening.   Working Hours   This role requires flexibility, including a mix of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts.
