About the role Under the supervision of the Director of Partnerships, this position is responsible for assisting the ROWI Outreach Program. The ROWI Outreach Program is an initiative that is intended to create a more systematic approach to building referral relationships with other relevant professionals in the neighboring communities. The Community Outreach Manager will help maintain the internal systems and grow relevant referral partners in the community. The Community Outreach Manager is also responsible for data entry on referral sources, attending outreach events, and other duties that may be assigned by senior management. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining and updating a referral network of prospective psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, treatment centers, schools, nonprofits, medical providers, and collateral contacts. Responsible for ensuring high census in locations within the region. Analyze data from call logs to identify admissions and referral sources. Ensure that referral network list is up to date and accurate in Salesforce. Work with the Director of Partnerships and Director of Marketing to develop assets such as brochures, flyers and leave behinds. Collaborate with Program Directors on tours/events hosted within their centers. Learn ROWI internal workings, practices, services, staff and all relevant information needed to answer questions in the field. Attend networking events, conferences, speaking engagements and public relations events. Work occasional evening and/or weekends as needed. Serve as a role model to treatment staff, clients, employees, and guests through a positive, caring and professional attitude. Comply with the dress code. Complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Attend designated staff and in-service meetings. Maintain the confidential nature of clients and related activities. Any additional duties as assigned by the senior management team. Other Related Skills and Abilities: Strong Outreach and Marketing skills. Ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain clear boundaries with clients and staff. Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment. Ability to set priorities and to handle multiple assignments. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Able to travel locally and regionally by car as often as needed. Basic Education and Experience Required: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school is preferred. A minimum of one (1) year of business development, marketing, and/or community relations experience.
