Community Outreach Registered Nurse – Fixed Term (6 Months) Location: Community-based role across Auckland Hours: Full-time (1 FTE)   Join Tāmaki Health – Bringing Care to the Community   Are you an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys working directly with communities and making healthcare more accessible? Tāmaki Health is looking for a Community Outreach Registered Nurse to support vaccination and population health initiatives across Auckland.   In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated outreach team to deliver vaccinations in patients’ homes and connect with whānau in the community, helping improve access to preventive healthcare services.   This is a fixed-term position for 6 months, focused on supporting community vaccination programmes.   About Tāmaki Health   At Tāmaki Health, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to communities across New Zealand. Our teams work closely with patients and their families to provide respectful, culturally responsive care that supports better health outcomes.   About the Role   As a Community Outreach Registered Nurse, you will work as part of a community-based team delivering vaccinations and health engagement services outside the clinic environment.   This includes visiting patients at home, connecting with families in the community, and supporting preventive health initiatives. The role will also provide guidance and support to members of the Community Outreach team.   Working Hours   This role requires flexibility, including a mix of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts.
