Description Connect for Health has a great opportunity for a Partnerships & Outreach Manager, Hispanic Engagement. Connect for Health Colorado is a public, non-profit entity established by the Colorado General Assembly in 2011 to create a health insurance Marketplace. Since 2013, we’ve been helping individuals, families, and small employers compare plans, apply for financial help and buy health insurance. As Colorado’s official health insurance marketplace, we are the only place to apply for financial help to lower the monthly cost of premiums. Customers can shop online; get help by phone or online chat from Customer Service Center representatives; and access expert help from a statewide network of certified Brokers and community-based Assisters. Our mission is to increase access, affordability, and choice for individuals and small employers purchasing health insurance in Colorado. For more information: ConnectforHealthCO.com Position Summary: The Partnerships & Outreach Manager, Hispanic Engagement, under the general direction of the Senior External Affairs Manager, leads strategic outreach initiatives and cultivates stakeholder partnerships to connect eligible Coloradans—especially those from historically underserved communities—with Connect for Health Colorado. This role places a strong emphasis on engagement with Latino populations, small businesses, rural communities, and state partners to advance health equity and expand the organization’s reach and impact across the state. The Manager will champion inclusive practices, foster culturally responsive engagement, and support public affairs efforts that align with the organization’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to expand access, affordability, and choice for Coloradans purchasing health insurance. Through intentional collaboration and community-centered strategies, this position helps ensure that all Coloradans have equitable access to health coverage and resources. Position Responsibilities: Expanding outreach and enrollment efforts in Latino communities, rural communities, and small businesses, through culturally relevant strategies and trusted community partnerships. Building sustainable relationships with grassroots organizations, faith-based groups, community organizations, local chambers, and local leaders to amplify health equity initiatives. Presenting on behalf of Connect for Health Colorado to audiences large and small, in person and virtually. Developing and implementing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs in reducing disparities in health coverage. Promoting inclusive messaging and materials that reflect the diverse identities and experiences of Colorado’s communities. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure meaningful engagement with Black and Latino communities is embedded across all external engagement and public affairs activities. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Colorado resident. Bachelor's degree OR relevant experience in communications, public health, social work, or a related field. At least 5-8 years of experience in public-facing roles, such as outreach, social work, communications, or public affairs. At least five years of experience building and managing complex stakeholder relationships and partnerships. Business fluency in Spanish Familiarity with healthcare or the health insurance landscape is a plus, but not required. Work Environment: Currently working remotely. Will require attending in-person events around Colorado. The Connect for Health Colorado office is located in the North Tech Center area of Denver, near the intersection of I-25 and I-225. Work schedule may include some non-traditional hours, weekends, and evening events. Core office hours are typically 8am-5pm with some flexibility. Total Compensation: Connect for Health Colorado offers a competitive benefits package.
