We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Community Personal Carer to support an elderly client with DVA support, living in Bruce ACT.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Certificate 111 or IV in Aged Care , Individual Support or equivalent
• Experience in community/home nursing
• Strong skills in medication administration and clinical monitoring
• Experience assisting with ADLs (bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting)
• Compassionate and dependable
• NDIS Workers Screening
• WWCC or WWVP
• Manual Handling Certificate
• Current Police report within 1 year
• Atleast 3 doses of Covid 19 vaccination
• Current flu vaccination Certificate
• 100 Points of identification
