Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring adherence to pharmacy laws and regulations. Provide thorough medication counseling and patient education to help patients understand their prescriptions and manage their health. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to manage complex medication regimens for patients. Conduct health and wellness screenings, such as blood pressure checks and immunizations. Manage inventory and ensure the pharmacy is stocked with necessary medications and supplies. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and professional standards. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD. Valid Pharmacy License. Experience as a Community pharmacist is preferred. Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to provide effective medication counseling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in pharmacy software systems and technology. Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
