THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our SA Allied Health team servicing Adelaide metro and the surrounds).
This is a great opportunity (part time or full time) for you to have variety in your caseload which will allow you to utilise your skills and grow as a health professional.

With a focus on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling people to participate in the everyday, you will work with a range of clients, visiting their homes, supporting and guiding them to achieve their goals and ultimately to help them live their best lives. We provide services across the following packages and programs:

• Private services: supporting individuals with self-identified needs.
• Rehab in the home program: focusing on post-orthopaedic surgery
• Hospital in the Home program: supporting clients after hospitalization, including general surgeries
• Home Care or Transitional Care Package clients: supporting those in our community who wish to remain independent at home
