Join a Growing Allied Health Team Making a Real Difference

My Community Health is a growing allied health service working closely with Support at Home providers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team of Registered Nurses, Exercise Physiologists and Occupational Therapists.

Our team works in the eastern Sydney suburbs such as Botany, Maroubra, Kensington, Coogee, Bondi Junction etc. ensuring you don't spend all day in the car.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on clinical work with professional leadership, supporting both clients and the development of early-career physiotherapists.

About the Role

As a Physiotherapist with My Community Health, you will play a key role in helping older people maintain their independence, mobility and quality of life while remaining safely in their own homes.

You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions focused on:

  • Mobility assessment and improvement
  • Pain management strategies
  • Strength, balance and falls prevention programs
  • Rehabilitation following illness, injury or hospitalisation
  • Functional capacity assessments
  • Equipment and mobility aid recommendations
  • Health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
  • Collaborative care planning with Support at Home providers

In addition to managing your own caseload, you will provide mentoring and clinical guidance to graduate and early-career physiotherapists, helping to foster excellence across our growing team.

About You

You are an enthusiastic clinician who enjoys both direct client care and supporting the development of others.

You will have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
  • Experience working with older adults, community health, rehabilitation or aged care
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care
  • A passion for mentoring and developing younger clinicians
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the community

What We Offer

  • A supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team
  • Opportunities to influence and shape a growing allied health service
  • Clinical leadership and mentoring opportunities
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Competitive remuneration package
  • Ongoing professional development and education support
  • Meaningful work that positively impacts the lives of older Australians
