We are looking to recruit a Specialist Community Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join our Urgent Community Response (UCR) team for South West Hertfordshire, covering the Rapid Response and Discharge to Assess pathways.

Successful applicants will be part of an enthusiastic, patient focused, holistic team treating patients in their own homes. Our multidisciplinary team comprises of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Healthcare assistants, therapy assistants, Paramedics, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, GPs, as well as support from administrators.
We work collaboratively with GPs, acute hospitals, Social care, Hospices and other third sector organisations. You will have the opportunity to work with patients with a wide range of clinical conditions.
We have a well-established structure for clinical supervision and opportunities for practice development including in-service training. This will provide you with fantastic opportunities to enhance your existing knowledge and skills.
