Description

COMMUNITY PHYSIOTHERAPIST – MOBILE SERVICE

Are you a physiotherapist who thrives on variety, values meaningful connections with clients, and enjoys the freedom of working in the community? Do you want to join a supportive team that’s passionate about helping people regain independence and live life to the fullest?
About Us
Urban Physiotherapy Sports Injury Clinic is one of North Sydney’s leading clinics, offering physiotherapy, dietetics, and reformer Pilates. We’re now expanding our mobile physiotherapy service, delivering exceptional care directly to clients in their homes, workplaces, aged care facilities, and community settings.

Our mobile team works across:

  • Post-operative orthopaedic rehab – hip and knee replacements, fractures, and other surgical recoveries.
  • Aged care – mobility, falls prevention, strength, and independence.
  • WorkCover, CTP, and NDIS clients.
  • Workplace physiotherapy – on-site treatment and injury prevention programs.
  • Ergonomic consulting – workstation assessments, manual handling training, and tailored recommendations.

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated part-time or full-time physiotherapist to join our mobile team. You’ll manage a diverse caseload across these client groups, providing evidence-based treatment in homes, workplaces, and community settings. You’ll also have access to our clinic facilities for gym- or studio-based programs, plus ongoing support from our experienced in-house team of physiotherapists, dietitian, and Pilates instructors.

What We Offer

  • Above-award wage with super and leave entitlements.
  • $1,000 annual CPD allowance for full-time staff.
  • Fortnightly mentoring and team case reviews to support your growth.
  • Flexible work hours for true work-life balance.
  • Full administrative support – so you can focus on your clients.
  • A warm, collaborative, and supportive team culture.

About You

  • AHPRA-registered physiotherapist (new grads welcome with a strong interest in the above areas).
  • Passionate about rehabilitation, independence, and helping clients achieve meaningful goals.
  • Confident in delivering both manual therapy and exercise-based rehab.
  • Comfortable working independently in the community while staying connected with the team.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Current driver’s licence.

If you’re looking for a role with autonomy, variety, and strong support—where you’ll make a real impact on people’s recovery, independence, and workplace wellbeing—we’d love to hear from you.
