Description Help People Succeed — Not Just Participate Parc Center for Disabilities is seeking a Community Program Specialist / Job Coach who is driven by results, relationship-building, and real-world impact. This role supports individuals with developmental disabilities in obtaining and maintaining meaningful, competitive employment within the community. This is a professional, field-based role requiring independence, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent Parc at employer sites. What You Will Do Support individuals in identifying, securing, and sustaining community-based employment Provide on-site job coaching and skills training at employer locations Teach vocational, workplace, and soft skills to promote long-term success Facilitate travel training, self-advocacy, and workplace independence Manage an active caseload and meet service delivery requirements Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records, and service notes Collaborate with internal teams and attend required trainings and meetings Work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays based on participant needs This Role Is a Strong Fit If You: Are comfortable working independently in the community Can professionally interact with employers, participants, and families Are organized, dependable, and deadline-driven Understand accountability, documentation, and compliance Enjoy coaching, mentoring, and helping others grow Can adapt to changing schedules and participant needs Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred OR four (4) years of relevant professional experience in disabilities/services Valid Florida Driver’s License with acceptable driving record Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and verbal) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as needed Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Work Environment & Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (schedule may vary) Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by caseload On-site and community-based role with travel to employer locations Company vehicle provided — no personal vehicle required for jobsite travel Compensation & Benefits $18.00 per hour 10 paid holidays (available immediately) 18 PTO days 2 personal days (available immediately) Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA and FSA options Employee Assistance Program Tuition reimbursement 403(b) retirement plan Compliance Requirements Drug-Free Workplace Level II background screening required Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse participation required Important Note for Applicants This role is not entry-level caregiving.
