Position: Community Project Manager (Social Media) Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000/month Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays; 11:00am - 7:00pm AEST (8:00am-4:00pm PH Time) Remote - Full Time Holidays: Standard Australian Holidays OVERVIEW: The company is looking for a highly organized Community Project Manager with strong social media management skills and a working understanding of the acting industry. This role will oversee daily digital operations, ensure timely content delivery, and keep our online platforms updated and engaging. RESPONSIBILITIES: Community Management: Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive brand presence. Email Management: Draft and send 5–7 emails per week, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication. Social Media: Create daily social media designs (using existing templates), schedule posts, and manage platform interactions. Course Management: Upload new courses and maintain existing course content to keep everything current and accurate. Website Updates: Implement promotions, update content, and manage product/course listings through the website dashboard. Project Coordination: Oversee daily operational tasks, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution across all digital channels. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital operations, or project coordination. Strong understanding of online communities and content workflows. Familiarity with the acting industry is required (background, exposure, or work experience). Proficient with social media scheduling tools, basic design tools, and CMS/website dashboards. Excellent written communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. PORTFOLIO is required. PREFERRED SKILLS (nice to have): Experience with email marketing platforms. Basic graphic design or video editing skills. Course platform or LMS management experience.
