Description:
VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a prestigious and very important Public Sector Organisation with the recruitment of a Community Project Officer to join their team based in Belfast.
This is a Full-Time Monday - Friday position. 37 hours per week. Monday - Friday 9 - 5.
Temporary contract to cover long-term sickness.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partner organisations and stakeholders to enhance services for victims and survivors.
- Assist organisations in developing and monitoring strategic delivery plans aligned with funding targets.
- Provide guidance on managing grants and update related policies and procedures.
- Identify training needs, build organisational capacity, and ensure quality service delivery.
- Report on outcomes, maintain records, and contribute to business planning and KPIs.
- Represent the organisation at meetings and events.
- Provide evidence-based advice to senior management and prepare reports.
- Promote collaboration and uphold high professional standards.
- Adhere to organisational policies and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
