Description Location: 10305 Buford Ave., Inglewood, CA 90304 Compensation: $20.00/hour + $100 Monthly Auto Allowance Housing: 2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Apartment Included (Employee Rent: $677.75/month) Schedule: Part-Time (30 hours/week) | Monday–Friday About the Role Beach Front Property Management is seeking a proactive and experienced Community Property Manager to oversee our apartments in Inglewood totaling approximately 56 units with additional support provided to a nearby 54-unit property. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building strong resident relationships, maintaining compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations. Travel between the two properties during the workday is required. The monthly auto allowance is provided to support local travel between assigned communities. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations across assigned apartment communities Ensure compliance with company policies, housing regulations, and operational deadlines Manage resident relations, rent collections, ledgers, notices, and conflict resolution Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and property improvement projects Conduct regular property inspections and quarterly file audits Ensure deposit accounting and check disbursements meet California's required timelines Support leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts Monitor property performance and assist with budget management Partner with maintenance teams to maintain curb appeal and property standards Provide coverage and operational support during staffing vacancies when needed Requirements 1.5 + year of apartment or multifamily property management experience required Strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations Experience using Yardi property management software (preferred) Bilingual in English and Spanish Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate vendors, residents, and maintenance teams Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required High attention to detail and commitment to resident satisfaction and operational excellence Why Join Beach Front Property Management?
