  • Registered nurse with a current practicing certificate.
  • Experienced in long term conditions, aged residential care or medical nursing highly desirable.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build professional relationships within the community.
  • The ability to plan and organise caseloads effectively, to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a demanding, client focused environment. Ability to self-manage and handle a busy workload.
  • A current full driver’s license is essential.
  • Digital confidence with using apps and computer
