ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Registered Nurse with a valid AHPRA registration
· Nursing experience, preferably in home or community-based care
· Experience with complex care management (ventilator care, tracheostomy, epilepsy, etc.)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
· A genuine passion for supporting clients
· Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

At Heal At Home we are seeking 2 x Casual Registered Nurses to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients in the home setting, assessing their health needs, managing complex conditions, and supporting them with holistic care approaches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide nursing assessments and comprehensive care
· Manage and monitor medications, complex wound care, continence support, and stoma care
· Offer specialised care for clients with conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy, and complex bowel care
· Develop and review individualised care plans in collaboration with stakeholders and other healthcare professionals.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

· Current AHPRA registration without conditions
· Current and valid National Police Check (Issued within last 12 months)
· Current full SA driver’s license
· Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
· Valid Working with Children Check
· Right to work in Australia
· Assist Clients with Medication certificate
· Current First Aid certificate
· Current CPR Training certificate
· Current Manual Handling certificate
