ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Community Rehabilitation Worker (CRW), you will play a key role in supporting residents to achieve their rehabilitation and recovery goals. Working as part of the CRC team, you’ll provide direct support with day-to-day tasks, helping residents to develop their rehabilitation plans in partnership with their existing networks, both formal and informal. Your work will span across both the Centre and larger community, contributing to residents’ overall well-being and community participation.
You will assist the clinical staff in delivering psychosocial and non-clinical rehabilitation support, working in a collaborative manner with the team. Your role will involve practical support, empowering residents to accomplish their goals, improve daily functioning, and enhance their ability to live within the community. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring individuals can thrive in their recovery journey.
