Looking to grow your career while making a real impact in the community?
Home Instead Markham has experienced strong growth in recent years — and we’re ready to take things to the next level.
We’re hiring a Community Relations & Sales Consultant to help us reach more families, deepen our referral partnerships, and bring trusted in-home care to more aging adults.
Check out the details below.

WHO WE ARE

At Home Instead, we’re on a mission to change the way the world cares for its aging population. As the world’s largest and most trusted home care network, we deliver over one million hours of personalized care every week to more than 100,000 families — helping older adults live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in the place they feel most at home. With nearly 1,200 locally owned and operated offices across the globe and three decades of experience, Home Instead is known for dependable, relationship-driven care that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Our vision is to empower every aging adult to remain at home with independence, dignity, and the support they deserve. As the need for senior care continues to grow, so does our commitment to delivering compassionate, consistent, and high-quality care in every community we serve. At Home Instead, it’s not just about providing a service — it’s about building trust, offering peace of mind, and creating lasting human connection.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Home Instead Markham is looking for a dedicated and ambitious Community Relations and Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. We are a rapidly growing office that opened in 2020 with a clear goal: to empower every aging adult in our community to remain at home with independence, dignity, and the support they deserve. As demand for our services continues to rise, we’re seeking someone who shares our passion for exceptional in-home senior care and is excited to help us reach more families in need.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and driving growth. You’ll be the face of our brand with referral partners, help more families discover the value of our services, lead our strategic sales and marketing efforts, and support client service delivery through intake and other tasks.
If you’re passionate about mission-driven work and want to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career, you may be the perfect fit.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid G level driver’s license, full-time access to a reliable vehicle, and up-to-date car insurance.

  • Existing relationships in the Markham healthcare or senior care community
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or community relations roles
  • Clinical background (e.g., nurse, OT, PSW, social worker) is a plus, but not required
