Berwick Parksville retirement community is looking for a Community Relations Assistant who is reliable, authentic, and excited to make a difference in the lives of people. SKILLS/PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Reporting to the Community Relations Manager, assists with: event planning; execution of community relation events; development of advertising materials and lead development activities. Establishes trust and rapport with potential clients, identifies client needs, conducts tours/visits and completes all levels of client follow up including telephone calls and mail outs. Maintains community relations database, coordinates all move in/move out activities including related paperwork and new resident orientations. Completion of various administrative duties as assigned.
